1.Individual Rewards (Physical Reward)

1.1. One can obtain 1 physical reward at most and cannot obtain repeatedly. Participation in this event is considered an agreement to the terms of service and privacy policy set by Three Kingdoms Clash.

1.2. Physical rewards will be distributed to the winning players within 30 days after the first season of the event server ends. The list of winners will be announced on the official FB page of Three Kingdoms Clash within 5 working days after the first season ends. Winners have 15 natural days to contact the official customer service or FB editor to provide relevant information. If a winner cannot be contacted due to omission or incorrect entry of personal information, or does not return the required information for the prize during the announcement period, or does not pay the statutory taxes within the specified period by the organizer, it will be considered as forfeiture of the prize, and the organizer will not notify or replace the winner.

1.3. The color, specifications, and accessories of the prizes provided by the organizer are based on the actual delivery, and the organizer is not responsible for any defects in the prizes. If the prize cannot be provided due to stock shortage or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to replace it with another merchandise of equal value. Winners cannot request for the replacement of other prizes, styles, models, colors, etc., nor can they request for exchange for cash, transfer to others, or return, and the prizes cannot be discounted for cash or resold to others.

1.4. The organizer will not compensate for any loss, theft, disposal, damage, etc., of the prizes after the winners have received them. If there are any issues with defects or damages, winners should contact the manufacturer or distributor of the product.

1.5. According to tax laws in Taiwan, if the winner is a resident in Taiwan and the prize value exceeds NTD 1,000, a photocopy of the front and back of the ID card must be provided for tax filing purposes, and the prize value will be included in the individual’s income for the year. If the prize value exceeds NTD 2,000, the winner must pay a 10% prize tax before receiving the prize. If the winner is a non-resident of Taiwan (i.e., residing in Taiwan for less than 183 days), regardless of the prize value, a 20% prize tax must be paid before receiving the prize. If the winner is a minor (i.e., under the age of 18), a copy of the household registration or other relevant materials, and the consent of the legal representative is required before receiving the prize.

1.6. For this event, in accordance with the provisions of personal data protection, the organizer will collect, process, and use the participants’ personal data in electronic or paper form within Taiwan during the consent period. However, without participants’ consent, their personal data will not be used for commercial activities. Participants are free to choose whether to provide their personal data, but refusal to provide such data may prevent achieving all or part of the objectives mentioned above, thus possibly affecting the benefits participants can gain from this event. Participants bear all consequences, which are unrelated to the organizer.

1.7. If the prizes require delivery services, they are only limited to Taiwan proper (including Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu), Hong Kong, and Macau. Players from other regions must bear the shipping costs, local customs duties, and any additional expenses beyond the value of the physical rewards.

1.8. If winners violate any event regulations or are involved in other disputes, the organizer reserves the right to reclaim the prizes that have been received or not yet received. The winners may not object, and all legal responsibilities are borne by the individual, which are unrelated to the organizer.

1.9. The organizer reserves the right to finally review the qualifications of participants. If participants who violate the event regulations are discovered, or if reported by the organizer and third parties, and confirmed to be clearly in violation of the fairness of the event, the organizer can immediately cancel the participant’s eligibility to participate and win. If this causes loss to the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to take legal actions.

1.10. The organizer is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, unrecognizability, or damage to participants’ registration data uploaded due to computer, network, telephone, technical issues, or other reasons unrelated to the organizer. Participants and winners may not object.

1.11. Although the event regulations are stated on the official webpage, the organizer still reserves the right to ultimately change the details of the event (participation methods, prize content, quantity, etc.). Participants are deemed to fully agree to any decisions regarding changes to the event, and have no objections. Matters not involved in this event will be handled in accordance with the laws of Taiwan or the relevant regulations and interpretations of the organizer and will not be notified separately.

1.12. Participants are deemed to agree to the regulations and notices of the event organized on this page. If there is any violation, the organizer has the right to cancel participation and eligibility for winning, and can demand compensation for any damage caused.

1.13. If the event cannot proceed due to natural disasters, fire, earthquake, government decrees, and other force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, modify, and temporarily suspend the event.

1.14. Participants can consult with the company through the customer service center, or confirm event information through the organizer’s official website and the posts of the event.

2.Alliance Rewards (Vouchers)

2.1. The top three alliances will each receive a game voucher of display value, which can only be used in Three Kingdoms Clash mobile game, and cannot be replaced with any other rewards.

2.2. We will announce the list of winning alliances on the official FB page or game messages within 3-5 working days after the season ends. Please have the alliance leader contact our official customer service or FB editor. The rewards are freely distributed by the leader. Once the voucher rewards are issued, any objections from alliance members will not be additionally handled, and the organizer will not issue again. (Leaders should make careful decisions)

3.Alliance Rewards (Titles)

3.1. Rewards will be distributed within 3-5 working days after the end of the season, and all members of the winning alliances will receive the title.

3.2. The list of winning alliances will be compiled at the time of season settlement. If there are changes in the alliance members that are not included in the list at the start of the compilation, the official will not handle it additionally, please pay attention to it.
